I began as a Drag Queen as part of a drag house called 'The Housewives of Birmingham' at The Nightingale Club. Birminghams LGBTQ+ community was lacking in diverse representation and I was the only female working Drag Queen.

Seeing this lack of diversity and personally experiencing sexism within the community, led me to become a spokesperson for not only women performing drag but for female representation and spaces. I've worked on multiple projects within the Midlands and wider including a touring drag show, panel discussions, column in a printed magazine, podcast etc.

From observing the lack of diversity within Birmingham's LGBTQ+ community, in 2017 I also started inclusive club nights along with my two friends. Dan Brown was then an Artist Booker and Marketing Manager and Antony Collins was the Graphic Designer. At the time I was at University studying Event Management, so together we were able to cover all areas of creating the club nights.
